    PR for squats to ball and hand release pushups, still slow, still old, still fat...and I ripped the living shit out of my pinky flesh...damnit, I gots to gets my shits back together again!

  3. Because of my never healing bicep tendon (but it is improving over time) I did 50 pullups, took 3:20 for those guys... Hence a time of 16:47. Pushups were dang slow, laid on the ground for most reps so definitely full ROM LOL.. but more to the point, it easier to do a pushup when you go to the ground because your muscles don't have to stop your body mid air. maybe? Riding bike home from work today, and back in tomorrow. There goes 2,000 calories.

  4. been a while for me, but I've been doing other stuff like running and lifting. I did this one today to give me a little variety.
    Beat my old time like a rented mule. Pullups are still miserable. Splits were
    PU's 10:48
    Pushups 2:40
    Sit ups 4:00
    Squats 1:38
    TT 19:08
    Running longer distances has helped me w/endurance.
