I mixed this up a bit by going sumo stance on the deadlifts and then adding 30" box jumps to the end, went like this.205x7x3bj255x7x3bj275x7x3bj290x7x3bj305x7x3bj320x7x3bj320x7x15bjRan out of weight so did 15 box jumps, the last two were definitely flirting with disaster.
