In January I went 28:48, today I got a big ass PR and went 25:23.
DU's are better with the new Rogue rope, 1:15 on those (first 21 unbroken), then the burpees went about 5 minutes. WB's went 30/10/5/5, and on from there. Funny thing is the later movements are way harder this way than they are when they are earlier in the regular order. Like the PPs, I had to put the bar down (usually can muster those without dropping the bar) but the WB's right before killed me. KBS I can usually do unbroken, today it went in 3 sets (25/15/10), and so on.
Subbed the normal WB to 15# ball 8ft target. After a really good WOD the other day I figured I could do this sub 30 or faster. Not going to happen. TT 36:43.34
Huge PR for me of about 6 minutes. 28:52 as rx'd. Getting a lot better times in the last few weeks. Eating good, basically no drinking, and getting lots of sleep.
Today was a lot like when I was in college and playing intermural soccer and people would say, "Man, that dude is pretty fast for being so fat?!" :)
DU's and burpees COMBINED in 5? WTH? Then why did the rest take you so long? Fatness?
Keep doing what you are doing, eat less, burn more.. sleep good... get some good lovin' with Mrs. Kallal... and you'll lose 20 of them pounds. It helps you move faster.
Had blood work done today. My cholesterol has always been a little high... been chilling on the food high in bad fat, hope it helps. Will know results in two weeks.
Websters defines, "Fletcherize" as: to post, re-post and potentially re-re-post a blog update that typically includes at least a brief summary of the poster's entire crossfit history, eating and drinking history for the prior three days, and recreational activities for the last week. :)
Will do next chance I gets.
Law of thermal dynamics, law of motion, and yes pure unadulturated fatness...
Weighed 205 this a.m. pre-poop, so headed in the right direction.
Eat one measured zone meal a day my friend, its like majic.
Just adding this comment so I remember for next time. I did the jumping pullups wrong. I watched one of the old WOD videos for this and I did the jumping pullups wrong. I was starting from the ground in a semi squat position and jumping up to the rings to do the pull up. In other words, at my full extension I would about an inch below the bar. That right there will shave off at least 3 minutes of time.

Fletcher, to address your specific statements:
