    I did row 500 and goodmorings elbows to knees. Good wod, used 1 as damper, man it is hard to keep the pace with a low damper.

    After 115 weighted squats yesterday I felt my legs tighten up every hour as I worked the night away in the ER. I feel like I'm made of stone right now, with broken glass on the inside.

  4. Did this one last night after another round of tennis. Didn't want to lose so much time between treadmill and BE machine so I subbed good mornings with 35# db's for BE's.

    Gained 4 lbs from a wedding weekend and mom's cooking, gotta love visiting home. Jacob, sorry I wasn't able to get any time to workout, only time for drinking and eating like shit. Next time I'll make time to meet up. Back on the horse now
