  2. Nice work Chris, glad you liked the Metcon idea, but I can't take credit for that. That little WOD was my buddy Shane's. I'll tell him you liked it.

Fletcher, My Captain, My Captain,... buddy,... pal,... homie! Your deadlift video's inspired me and I went full bore at this mother with all out intensity and most of all, no belt. The results were beyond belief. Felt good, felt strong!

I can't freaking believe it, I'm so pumped. Never pulled a 395lb DL and felt like I could have done more, but I maxed my bar out. Damn!

The only messed up part was that at 355lbs I nearly passed out after the lift, and fell to the floor. After that point as soon as I would finish my lift I would quickly lay on the floor to prevent myself from fainting. Sounds scary, but felt trippy.

Anyways posted video's of both my PR's on my blog, check it out man. After all Fletcher, you are my co-pilot!

  4. Did variations of close grip pull-ups, strict pull-ups with gravitron assist, and pull downs. Didn't really know how to approach this one.

Then went on to Cleans/Push-ups WOD from earlier. That was a fun one. Will post on that day. TT = 15:46
