Here we have a very well versed trainer, deep into the CrossFit community, arguing against always going deep for the squat. Interesting article. He doesn't condemn the "LBBS" (low bar back squat), he just doesn't condone it as the exclusive way to squat.

I dont know how I feel about Everett. He is going to be at a Oly cert on the 24th that we have to take. He is very opinionated which can get annoying. He does have big numbers which you can't deny. We just did the Low back squat in class yesterday and everyone was getting bigger numbers.
