Tabata Somehting Else

    My work out was the result of a challenge laid down to me by Blake Pickett. He is an animal, but he is new to the crossfit. He is not used to the many reps of crossfit. He was put through a fitness test were they had him do a hundred body squats. He was very sore, so he challenged me to 200 body squats for time since I have been x-fittin longer. I did 300 and it was painful. TT: 12:07

    It is so different to approach doing 300 in a row. The first 50 took about 2:30, but there is no all out sprinty on 300 for a guy my size. Fun to do a different WOD.

    Pushups 15-15-13-10-10-10-10-9 = 92
    Situps 14-15-15-14-13-13-13-13 = 110
    Squats 15-15-14-13-13-13-12-13 = 108

    Total: 384(pr)

    I wanted 400 but I improved overall from the last time so I am happy.

  3. Pullups + Pushups = 110
    no idea on sit-ups
    no idea on squats

    Total = 305

    Not too proud of that one. Could feel that I was sore from pushups from my make-up of "Just Plain Wrong" yesterday. But, I don't think that had anything to do with the poor score.

    Looks like a fun one tomorrow.

  4. Shoulder is still messed up so not pullups or push ups. Did squats and sit-ups twice.
    Squat - 123
    Sit-up - 83
    Squat - 102
    Sit-up - 65

    Total of 373
