    Subbed row 400 m for the high pulls. Muscle ups went good until number four in round five. Missed it a couple of times, then focused on technique and managed to get the rest.

  2. Subbed 3:1 dips+PU's for MU's. Otherwise as RX'ed. Had a self pity party in the middle of round 1 of sdlhp.

    TT = 36:34

    Sumos are officially my second most hated lift behind burpees.
