    Not sure I rested enough in between. I think my numbers have gone down from a year ago, but I think my range of motion is now truly as Rx'd.

    Five is a lot of heavy squats.

    Followed this w/ DLs 7x1 from a bit ago, didn't feel like getting that heavy today.

    Did Michael yesterday as well, usual Supermans and sit-ups, 20:35, kept treadmill at 8 mph and didn't lose breath throughout, could have gone a little faster on the running.

    Just a little side note, I started my 7 and 9 year old on the CrossFit for Kids workouts. They think it's a blast. I've got to keep them active now that winter is coming.

  5. Did this one after Annie and some good stretching. Also ran into a guy who knew about Crossfit at the gym tonight. He doesn't participate, but he does a similar routine. Anyway, talking with him forced me to get sufficient rest between sets which I think helped.

    225, 265, 295, 315, 335

    3, 4, and 5 at 335 were a struggle. But, I made it. Later fellas.

  6. Mike, you back squatted 335 FIVE times? You are a bad bad man. My 1RM max is 305. Can I whine that it's harder to do a big back squat when you're 6'4"? No... I don't think so. Fact is, I'm just not as strong as I need to be. I am ashamed to even announce a PR since you and Justin beat me so bad, and Morey beat me too, but not quite as bad.

    I had more gas in the tank, could do more I know, but I am mister Mom today for the third day in a row. Hard to get in a WOD with a toddler and a 12 month old needing you at all times. Cool though, previous PR was 235 so I spanked that at least.

    Looking forward to Annie, will be second time doing DU's. Last time I did it RX'd and it took forever but how else is a guy to learn DU's.
