WODoers: I am rough around the edges from the cft and yesterday, so I just did the overhead. Also, no rack so I had to power clean and jerk prior to each attempt.

215 got into the very bottom of the squat and then I lost the bar forward. Can't complain about a pr though.
What's up fellas. I felt strong today and it was a good thing because I was missing my spotter today(my wife) She just came down with the nasty stomach bug. Hopefully I'm not next. PR'd on all the lifts so I am happy.
Now I know my numbers don't compare to Justin the beast or Myles or Jacob or Travis..etc but I'll take them. Craig glad to hear you don't need surgery. Stay positive man, you always do.

Weak, weak sauce today. My legs are spent - 5th WOD day in a row, all w/ legwork, plus feels like I'm getting a nasty cold.
