Death by Burpees

Dudes. It didn't work out to go to CrossFit Redding today because they don't allow for open gym, you can only do their classes. Today was running and clean and jerks, and Homie can't play dat.... So Chelle and I set up a timer, music box, and yoga mat in mom's room and went TO T O W N.

"Death by Burpees", as many burpees as possible in 20 minutes. highly recommended for the weary traveler who has been eating and drinking too much, and sleeping too little.

    That about killed both of us. Time for a Mike's Hard Lemonade recovery drink. Awesome. Love it.

    I have a secret on how I got that many for a tall oaf like me.... but I ain't tellin for free.

  2. You guys are masochists. My usual vacation WOD is AMWAP (as many waves as possible) in 2 weeks, with some AMMAP (as many margaritas as possible) thrown in to break it up.

    But don't worry, I hear Redding Medical Center has a great cardiac program...

  3. You two are nuts, although tomorrow's WOD calls for 70 burpees. I'm sure that'll suck, but nothing like 200 burpees.
