My upper was still pretty worn out from Wednesday SP and pushup WOD. I think I can get 8's on pullups, 12's on pushups, and 16's on squats. So my goal is 49 for next time. Then I need to hit fifty by figuring out how to do situps faster. I do kip with my arms on tabata situps. Anchored feet, abmat. I kip to speed them up. For pullups I am going to try (from round 1) do do groups of 4. 4, rest, 4, done with round 1. That might help. I did the first 4 rounds of pullups unbroken and I think that wore me out. The last two rounds were tough.
I tried to figure it out but I don't know? You can see comments back through November but not earlier than that. I'll keep looking. Chris maybe you can figure this out? Chris is also an IT geek, plus he is smart.
What's up guys? Latest from the ortho is I have acromioclavicular arthritis in my shoulder. He doesn't think it's a tear, but it still hurts. Treatment is icing it, cortisone shots or surgery to shave off part of the clavicle. I'm not sure I'm buying what he's selling but it is what it is.
Todays WOD was the first time I used my shoulder in about 3 weeks. I was little nervous about the push ups but they felt pretty good. I started of great but slowed in the later rounds. Overall I was happy with my numbers.
Did some strength work this am. 2-2-2-2-2 hang power clean and jerk made it up to 215 then did 1-1-1-1-1 deadlift and finished with 425 before people showed up, which went up easy uh oh this means I'm gonna have to shoot for the big 500 before regionals. Maybe row a 5k today, had a sick day snowboarding some fresh pow we'll see
I have kind of come down with a cold over the past couple days and was really feeling light-headed/headache tonight. Hopefully it's on its way out. Later fellas.

I thought I had you beat Craig until I saw the 12 in my situps. Oh well maybe next time.
