  2. Chris: I will have to wait a day or two to try it again after today for the photo op. I felt too goofy to ask Monica to take a picture. I shouldn't have, she is way down with me doing the x-fit. Just want to ease her into the, yeah, besides working out to point of near passing out on a regular basis, I also enjoy taking picutres of myself working and sharing them with my male crossfit friends. :)

    WODoers: I dub this wod total body destruction. I found a new wall ball target, unfortunately it is ten foot eight inches high to the center of it. That extra bit just makes it a mutha fucker. TT: 22:57

  3. Justin awesome doing this WOD RX'd. If I ever have a normal shoulder again, my goal is a muscle up by the end of summer. We'll see, physical therapy starts today. MRI in a couple weeks. For now I just do what I can and sub accordingly.

  4. I did the Mountain Regional Triplet this morning. 3 rounds of row 500m 12 115lb overhead squats, 50 double unders. TT 11:12. I took a jump too big yesterday and ate some shit snowboarding and tweaked my ankle but played through the pain this morning. It bothered me a ton. This can easily be sub 10 for the regionals. Whats the flag deal?

  5. Myles: The flag is where you grap a pole, like a stop sign or verticle pipe, and then hold your body straight out side ways.

  7. What's up fellas? I subbed 1.5:1 jumping MU's for my MU's. They seem to be getting better, but I am still reliant upon the jump. I keep raising the rings higher and higher to try to use the jump less.

    Anyway, as subbed TT = 21:08

    I also was sharing the rings with another guy. So, I would start on the next round of WB's sometimes while I was waiting on the rings. Anyway, off to do something. Haven't figured it out yet, but I'm gonna do it. Later fellas.
