Row/DU/Burpees

    100 alternating step lunges
    100 24" box jumps
    50 burpees
    TT = 17:24. Box jumps took a long time

    Rest 3 minutes, then 50 pushups

  2. Morey: Great to see you post. I can't wait til we can get together for a beer or three. I super happy you are back in the states.

    Myles: Swimming is great. I don't see how there can be a test of the fittest without swimming.

    WODoers: Me and my jump rope didn't get along today. Roads had an inch of ice on em and no rower, so I did 100 sit ups for sub.

  3. Morey, forgot to say WELCOME BACK!! Myles, there have been a lot of hints about swimming on the main site. Someone even wrote they "heard" that the ranch was getting a pool installed.

    I did 50 GHD's yesterday too, not that anyone cares.

    Took some breaks today as the DUs were kicking my ass!

    Box jumps took the longest, burpees sucked the most. The Thai food I had for lunch almost made an appearance, my stomach was on fire! Good WOD, still sweating my ass off.

  6. I never jump rope - it's too much of a pain in the ass to go out to the garage & move a car - but did some for today's WOD. I ended up doing 250+ SUs and 50 DUs, or more simply, throwing in a DU after every five skips or so until I got to 50. That took forever, since I could never put together more than 2-3 sets. Row and burpees as rx'd.

  7. Welcome home Morey! I think that you're afforded an extra beer or two, or seven.

    I was looking forward to this one tonight after reading it last night. Anything with a lot of DU's is right up my alley. And thanks to my "goat be gone" warm-ups burpees are getting better.

    As Rx'ed, TT = 11:57

    Had a bit of transition time between rowing and DU's. Did DU's in sets of 50 resting in between, stringing together 25+ in the 3 sets. Burpees were: 10, 10, 5, rest, 10, 15. Went for it at the end when I saw I had a chance at breaking 12.

    On to the OHS's. Later fellas.
