Alright here were the workouts. WOD #1 row 500 then 400m 80lb sandbag run, row 500m then 35lb kettle bell farmer carry 400m. TT 9:02
ReplyDeleteWOD #2 3 rep max over head squat, I got 245lbs then went for 250 and could only get 2.
Then amrap in 12 minutes 7 floor to over head 115#, 7 burpees, 7 pull ups. Got 7 rounds plus 6 floor to overhead.
The guy who finished 1st and a guy who finished 8th in the NV and Utah sectional were also competing. It wasn't an easy day that's for sure but I stayed consistent. WOD #1 2nd place, Wod #2 2nd place, and wod 3 3rd place. Travis finished in 5th place overall and that 145lb dude did 195lb overhead squat 3x pretty sick to see. Now back to the grind for the Regionals did the 50 today sore as hell finished 22:13, need to go sub 19. Got to get those burpees done faster. As of now it's enough to be considered the Fittest Man of the Sierras. Wooo hoo. Peace out Myles

Yeah Myles killed it. His OHS was really inspiring. Man is on a mission, congrats buddy! Next stop San Diego.
ReplyDeleteHow can you explain a 145 lb dude (Travis) doing 195 lb OHS x 3 reps? That is BAD ASS too!!!
