AMRAP 12min FS/CTB/DU

  1. WODoers: This one had me sucking wind hard throughout. All squats unbroken. Pull ups nipples touch rings to count. 4 rounds 5 squats and 7 pullups. This was a great wod.

  2. Justin, of course the squats were unbroken. You are Justinius the Strong.

    I subbed 50 lb dumbbells (each hand) squats 8 reps, besides that RX'd. I am not supposed to do front squats yet and not supposed to do double unders but screw it, I get tired of subbing all the time. So the rest was RX'd. I get pretty damn winded doing those CTB's!

    4 rounds + 6 squats. Haven't done DU's in a few months, those were really suck.

  3. I scaled FS to 165#, and since my elbow is again mad at me after yesterday's towel PUs I subbed ring pushups. Then 20 side-to-side jumps over ~8in obstacle since it was raining out.

    I misread the WOD as AMRAP in 20 instead of 12. I got 6rds in 19mins and didn't have it in me to get under the bar again. Just into the 5th round at the 12min mark.

  7. Oh, yah well I wasn't sure if I should post that. 95x5 for the whole thing. I'm talking ALL FIVE rounds straight through.

    Sweet huh? Ya I know, I'm the man. I just didn't want to embarrass anyone with my huge numbers so I went "Crickets" until you forced it outta me. Something for you guys to dream about.
