Got the first round in 1:48, then just fell apart and started feeling sorry for myself.
Happy to get it out of the way though, now on with my day at the FD.

One of my favorite crossfit workouts of all time came up on HQ so of coarse I'll give it a try and hope to PR. Shooting to beat 14:05 and 10 unbroken sets. This should be tough.

Subbed 80 Single's for the DU's and I only have a 20" plyo box. Still kicked my ass good.

ReplyDeleteI was behind today so combined two WOD's and made one.
Part 1 was 1/2 of the pullup hell. TT 8 minutes, just had a really hard time with the weighted ones.
Part 2 was 3 rounds of yesterday's metcon. RX'd except for the round three DU's, for that round I did 80 SU's. For comparion, the DU's took 2:30 the first round and over 4 minutes the 2nd round, the SU's took 38 seconds. I think SU subs should be 3 or 4 X or I need to get better at DU's. DU's hurt my knee and they take me F O R E V E R, so many failures. TT 15:20.
Good WOD day though.
