Chas and Fletcher: Thanks for the row props. That was tough! I think you boys will smoke my times, but I would love to see how you guys fair on damper one that was crazy. I also frequently go with 3. It is amazing how different the workout is depending on the damper. What stroke rate do you shoot for Chas? I seem to be most comforatable and productive at 33 per minute.
WODoers: Improve 3 plus minutes on Randy. PR 5:30.
Justin, seriously.. why not try out the CF Sectionals next year just for fun? You are getting to be quite the stud. 5:30 is F A S T.
Today I did "Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps Burnout"
4 rounds for max reps, rest only 1 minute between sets. Alternate sets between RDs and Bench.
Ring Dips 185 lb Bench Press
Ring Dips: 23(PR!),17,8,9 Bench 185: 8,6,6,5
My how the numbers go down as the muscles get wiped out.
Then just to make it hurt really bad I rested one more minute and did 50 pushups for time. Damn that was hard, I was shaking. TT = 2:25. Suck time, but look at the circumstances. I was beat down.
Justin, obviously it depends on the distance. For those 1000s I'm probably at 27-28, higher (35 or so) in the first and last 100m. But I've got a pretty long stroke.
BTW, I checked and last time 4x800 came up last November I rowed 4x1000. I did 3:42/3:37/3:35/3:34. Go for it Fletch. If you're gonna do this tomorrow let me know and I'll jump on as well.
To the two computer experts. How hard would it be to set up a web site where we could plug in our rowers and race each other rowing like they do at the crash-bs. I know that the machines can be easily linked in competitions. Man that would be fucking awesome! I bet we could make a pretty tidy profit from a website like that. I would surely shell out 5 bucks or so to be put into a link where we could race. If one of you can make it happen or know someone who could, I can front some investment dollars, and my great idea of course, for a residual share of the income from the site
Justin, I have no clue and I am not a programmer. Hey, if you guys want a really sore ass, do the WOD I did yesterday. My butt hurts real good, and it's not from hanging out with Chris last night. I don't know if my ass has ever been this sore...
Last time was 6:40. I have no clue how I broke it up last time, but this time was 15-15-15-10-8-6-6. I was aiming for all 15s, each in 1:15, for a 6min target. Even though that broke down a bit, I still came within 5secs of my goal.

Chazzles, I am down dude. Let's do it tomorrow AM. 4x1000M rowing sprints. Sounds freaking awful. Your last two are a really strong finish.
