DeadLifts and HSPU's

Five rounds for load and time of:
Deadlift, 5 reps
5 Ring handstand push-ups

  1. What's up WODDudes? I'm getting the WOD's in while I still can. Justin how did you do this weekend on the 1/2 marathon?

    Did this with 300#'s because that's all I have. Couldn't do HSPU's on the rings because I don't have the right setup, so I just did standard HSPU's.

  2. WODoers: Had a rough go on the half marathon. My cold came back the day before and I thought it wouldn't effect me, but it did. Also, I let myself go faster than I should of for miles 2 through 10. The combination of those two factors crushed me. I still finished but I missed my goal of sub two hours. TT: 2:08:08

    I think I am going to try again on my 35th birthday September 25th, in Pinedale, WY, if anybody wants to join me for some LSD.
