  1. Been sleeping bad the last few nights. Lacking energy today on all levels.

    15:34, wanted 14:30 but didn't have it.

  2. WODoers: I made cindy a little nasty fifteener with ctb pullups on the rings. TT=20:28

  3. Sounds nice Justin, a little nasty Cindy. I also added some nastyness. With Strict Chin ups, and wide stance squats. TT 12:30

  4. Myles, good to see you posting again. The blog went through a quiet time. Chris is scared to post because he has his ouchy wouchy shoulder. Poor Chris...

Since we're talking about added nastiness, I'd like to add that I was very strict about ROM on this one for all moves, which normally for Cindy I am not. Lately I am more (or just as) concerned about ROM and form as I am time. I can't kip very much with pullups anymore cos it hurts my stupid back, That's OK, stricter pullups = stronger muscles.

Justin, CTB on the rings? You nasty devil.

  5. Listen boner, I'm not scared to post. I've been doing the WOD's that I can, but I have to scale quite often because of the shoulder.

Not that any one gives a shit, but my surgery is July 19th. Craig has offered to fly to Syracuse to video record it so we can post it on the blog for everyone's enjoyment.

Now I'm going to go cry in the corner. : )

  7. Chris:

I heard Jacob did a sub 15 minute filthy fifty and traveled back in time. He should be back sometime next week. :)

  8. TGIF.

    TT = 16:20

And I'm spent. Five straight WOD days this week, I'm sore all over. Going to go lie on the beach and rest all weekend.

  9. BTW Justin you have been killing it lately. I agree with Craig, next year compete. What the hell you got to lose. That way we can live vicariously through you as well.

Good luck on the 1/2 marathon dude. That is awesome.

  10. Hello all! And Justin despite contrary belief I'm not dead, just felt like it over the coarse of a few days. But I'm healed now and and the demons and slowly working their way out.

I'm back.... I've been sick as hell and working like a dog, but none the less I've been trying my best to Crossfit.

    So how's everyone doing?

I hooked Fletcher up with half of my music collection while I was out in Denver so he should be posting some huge PR's on the blog. I'm mean now he has some inspirational music to get his pump on, even with a busted up spine.

  13. Myles: The 300# clean is in sight!! You are an animal.

Chris and Craig: Thanks for the props, but the people competing are in a whole other world than me. I have been feeling really good latey on some of the wods though. It would be fun just to compete in the first elimination round, so I will think about it if the numbers keep getting better.

Nice to see all the posts.

Chris: Good luck on your surgery. I will be sending my positive thoughts your way on that day my friend.
