    My calves are still a little funky from all those double unders. Today went good for me.

    95x5,105x5,115x5,125x5,135x5,145x5pr,155x3
    160x3,

    Then 180 x 1 PMR

    I have been waiting for fucking ever to get past 175 on the press.

    Then I did 10-8-6-4-2 each arm SP w/ a 1.5pd kb.

    I feel bad that I missed the Seven, but I made up for it Sunday w/ 1.5 hours of paddling after slushy waist-high waves on my longboard. It felt good to be back on the water, even if it is still only 55 degrees.
