"The Seven"

  1. WODoers:

Ran 7.4 miles in 68:51. That is about 9 seconds a mile of the pace I need for June 26th. I think I am right on track. My calves were is a serious state of disrepair after all those double unders and I was still close to the pace I need with 26 days to go, ao I am going to stick with my training plan.

  2. Brutal WOD. I had to scale down the thrusters to 95#'s because of the shoulder and 1.5 pood on the swings. Everything else RX'd. Seven rounds was nasty. Rest day awaits.

    TT: 28:39

    Peace out.

  3. That was a beatdown. Had to sub a bunch of course, but my subs weren't kind. They weren't heavy cos they can't be, but they certainly didn't save me any time.... in fact, I think they took longer.

    I did
    7 HSPUs
    15 wall balls
    7K2E
    175M Row damper on 10
    Burpees
1 pood KBS (she said no KBS, oh well)
    Pullups

TT = 37:56 total beatdown. wall balls and rowing just took me a while. Man that was tough.

Chelle did it with me, we had the rock and roll cranked up. It was awesome.

She did scaled back thrusters and DLs but everything else RX'd TT for her 33:41

Been in the pool for hours every day this weekend. Saturday I went on a 90 minute hike (for time) hiked up a big ass mountain as fast as I could. Couldn't do those heavy KB things and didn't know how to sub so I just put my shoes on and headed to the hills. Listened to The Paleolithic Solution podcast during the hike. Robb Wolf is a stud and they discuss everything wellness and fitness, not at all just nutrition. Highly reccomended! God Bless the USA!
