  1. I don't have a 2pd kb, nor could I do this WOD if I did, so I scaled to 1.5pd.

    TT = 31:50

    I really wanted sub-30 mins since I'd scaled it, but it was not to be. Awesome workout though. And now that it's done, my WOD for the next two days is AMWAP sunrise-sunset. Olas grandes por favor!

    WODoers: There is no way i could hold the old 75er for a turkish getup or one handed squat, so I worked on my snatches. Got under 185, but couldn't get it done. I am pretty fucked up still from Fran and Nutts. I think I am just going to go for a nice long run tomorrow and try and recover a little. I have a funny feeling tomorrow will antoher new hero WOD.

  3. There will be no Arnie for me today. I tried scaling to 1.5 pood and even less, but my shoulder would not hold up with the Turkish getup's. Then I tried the OHS and I had severe pain in the shoulder. I pulled the plug to say the least. So today I made up the Core madness. I did the L-sits on the rings, made it interesting to say the least. Good WOD, spanked the core good.
