Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep

  1. No Total for me today. I can't go heavy overhead with the shoulder. So today was a do whatever the heck you want day for me. I did arms, chest, triceps for warm up. Then I did the same lifts for the Total but light on the shoulder press. Still a good workout.

    Justin lets see those killer numbers you put up, you strong sonofabitch! : )

    Chris: No total for me today either. My lower back has been a bit twitchy since the 6x200m repeats on Tuesday. Felt better after todays run, so maybe cft tomorrow.

    WODoers: Had the 5k scheduled for tomorrow, but decided to do it today. Same exact course as last week, only nasty fucking wind this time. Got er done in 26:45. Nothing to write home about, but 20 seconds faster in shit conditions, so I will take it.

  4. What's up fellas? I wasn't really feeling like doing a CFT, but I finally drup my ass into the gym last night, but wasn't able to post til this morning.

    Squats - 355, 365f
    Press - 185, 190f
    Deads - 405

    Total = 945

    Was disappointed I couldn't stand up with 365 on squats, but was happy with press and deads.

  5. Wodoers: Ran same 5k again sunday and shaved forty seconds of for 26:00. No wind so hard to judge.

    Still no total. Going to swim at lunch today and then do a Simmons Speed day after work.
