  2. PR by 10# on this one. All squat cleans.

    I'd done 185 SC and split jerk before but not as a combined SC&J, so I'm happy. Also got in 100 GHDs, then finished w/ a 1/2 "Grace" (135# floor to overhead for 15 reps, done in sets of 5).

    As usual, the jerk wasn't the limiting factor. On to Tommy V as soon as I get my squat rack back.
