  1. WODoers:

Wow, I am glad I didn't know what I did last time. I fucking pr'd by a country mile today and didn't even realize it. Did a bunch of stretching last night and this morning after being motivated by Kelly's video.

    225x5,245x5,265x5,285x5pr,305x5pr,325x5PMFR!

Stretching helped a ton. Only started to lose lumbar angle on the very last rep at 325.

  2. Justin, have I ever reminded you that Ye are strong? You did my 1RMx5 sir. I'll never be able to do heavy squats again.

My PT has been going well... interesting and weird little exercises but they are effective. I am actually doing all of what she is asking me to do as well, which she says is not the norm. Dude, this is costing me $50 a week, I'll do the work.

  3. Evan and I did some interesting WOD's today. Both of them stomped a huge mud hole in our butts. It sucked... especially in the heat and humidity.

  4. PR city baby. Of course, my city is much smaller than Justin's...

    165-185-205PR-225PR-205

Previous 5RM was 200#. But that was back in October, the last time 5x5 came up. I didn't splay my toes very far this WOD, it felt like I got more under the bar.

  6. I had Kook lined up in my sights tonight, then my giner split wide open when it came time to go after 335.

    225, 275, 295, 315 (giner split), 225x10

I was feeling pretty good all the way up, then I kind of lost form on my last rep at 315 and scared myself. Looking forward to Franny tomorrow. Later fellas.
