Yo Jacob, Sorry man I only went there because it is like a mile from my parents house. I had intentions on hittin you up but I was crammed with family stuff. I had a relative pass away right before I got to Illinois so the trip turned a little somber. They put me head to head with Pete and he beat me by just under a minute the wod was tough in that insane humidity. I have been runnin on a few less cylinders trying to focus a bunch on mobility and better form. I will be climbing back on the horse real soon. Did Nate today and finished with a disappointing 16 rounds. Got to get back on the horse. It's easy to get burnt out when I'm always teaching it so I don't want to over do it just yet. I need to get the motivation back. You guys keep up the hard work. Travis and I will be on it real soon.. Peace out ninjas Myles
