ReplyDeleteStarted my day off right with a pr of 185#s on the snatch. Then I went fishing all day. It was a beautiful thing.
Dudes, rode the bike for an hour this morn, tomorrow I am going to give that stupid run and do a buttload of burpees thing from last week a go. It will not be fun. Burpee.
