Damn what a mother of a WOD. Because I did a 34 minute metcon yesterday (the week old run/burpee madness) I had to scale this back cos I am just SORE and whooped. Anyway, you guys know I can't lift heavy anyway.

24 Box jumps, 24 inch box (eventually 1/2 of these were 20 inches, I was failing reps @ 24)
24 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
145 pound Bench press, 24 reps (scaled down)
24 Box jumps, 24 inch box
24 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
24 pullups
TT 24:29, round 1 was 11:57. Whoopin, 2 in a row.
I went for it rx'd with full squat cleans, which I'm pretty sure was rx'd. TT 33:40. I had someone come into the gym in the middle which probably took a little time and concentration off. But other wise a fuckin hard wod. I would have also liked a spotter on those bp's. Have a good rest day boys
