I was in a hurry this morning and my knee was bugging me so I subbed triple reps of single unders. For me, this is not nearly a sufficient sub. Sub for double unders has to be like 5X or do the tuck jumps, which would also hurt the knee.
So even with triple reps I did it in 10:37 and barely broke a sweat. I was breathing pretty hard though... tomorrow I'll either do the main site WOD or do yesterday's WOD with lighter thrusters and throw in some wall balls for good measure. 100 ring pushups sounds like a ball.
Well today was fun and I absolutely love that tire. Amazing how it just gets heavier and heavier as the WOD goes on.

Fletcher I got a tire and a Airdyne, sweet huh! How's things been going everyone? Sorry I've been real crazy busy lately, but now I should be getting back in the swing of things. Nursing a messed up ankle though right now, so we'll see how that goes.
I was limping into this one after Coe yesterday. I still suck ass at DUs, and I didn't want to use today's WOD just as practice, so Fletcher I copied your 3x SU sub, w/ regular anchored abmats. Even so, I had a total mental fart on the 120, I tripped at about 80 and for about half a minute I absolutely couldn't get going again. Then another 15 secs or so to find the damn rope after I threw it across the room. I hate jumprope.
