This is my kind of wod. I think I would have been a lot faster if my legs weren't still killing me from all those squats and lunges.4:18 as rx'd
Nice Justin! I paced this one off in my backyard, so I'm sure I got at least 200yds per shuttle, maybe a bit more. Winded me something fierce.5:55
It's nice when you get to do something you like once in awhile ay Justin? I did this one with a 50 m area with a little down hill. TT 3:55
