  1. Did 315 with full rom and 335 about an inch short each time, just couldn't talk myself into going that last bit. I was sore as fuck from the hill, so i guess i'm whinning now.

  2. Awesome Justin. No you're not whining; I'm sore as hell also, from both my lunge-squat combo and then the sumo/PJs this weekend. So I did OK making up these squats today, but since my post comes right under Justinius it's just plain weak sauce.
