  1. WODoers: Arms still fucked from ring push ups. Couldn't do hsps so subbed 95# press, otherwise as rx'd. 9 rounds 2mu 2 press.

  2. Nice work Justin. I subbed 2:1 CTB pullups and ring dips for the MUs. HSPU's were very tough. I could barely do them in the last few rounds, like 2 and 1 at a time and having to wait for muscle recovery. Got the first 5 rounds in 7:30 or so, but only mustered 10 rounds + 4 CTB pullups and 4 ring dips in the 20 minutes. Mikko is amazing! 21 rounds?

  3. I posted a video of 21 rounds on Nate a while back on my blog, I'll shoot for 22 rounds tomorrow Fletcher, that's a perfect Jacob Szafranski upper body workout, no legs that is. We'll see... I'm going to start with heavy deadlifts then I'll do Nate and close with Tabata Abs again, but who knows maybe Nate will bury me.
