65 lbs OHS 10 reps (PT said NO to these, oh well)
15 TTB
25 GHD situps to flat
TT 24:52. This was an ass kicker for me. TTB was the hardest part, those are a bitch! I did them all legit, them toes touched that bar every damn time. I did fail a rep or two though, so I found myself doing them in chunks of 5 and having to rest more there than anywhere else.
Scaled to three rounds because of time constraints this morning, otherwise as rx'd: 21:30
ReplyDeleteI think I would have ripped an ab muscle if I would have done all five. It was a grind from round one with the ghd following the toes to bar.
This one wasted me much faster than I thought it would. Scaled to 3rds, w/ 10 DH PUs/10 ring dips per round.
