Back Squat 3's

    5 rounds:
    As many reps as possible in one minute of 115 lb back squats - rest exactly two minutes between rounds

    26,25,24,23,23

    Legs are burning big time... can't imagine what they will feel like tomorrow. 146 115 lb squats!

  2. This was the back half of my double today. Started off with the rowing/db snatch WOD, then on to this.

    225, 275, 295, 315 x 1; felt shaky under 315 so I stopped there.

    Been sick lately and not sleeping well, so I'm hoping to kick that over the next couple days and get back to normal. Later fellas.
