My legs are sore as fuck from the Westside speed deadlifts. I did those with 225, probably could of went heavier but speed was the mission here. Then I did the Back Squats Westside style, same weight. I kinda like the speed drills. Top that off with the Sumo/OHS WOD and that equals my pain today.
Hang Power Snatch: I had no idea where to start but I knew I couldn't go super heavy with the shoulder. I really like this lift and I know I could probably put up 135, but I forced myself to stop at 115.

Having done snatches in the previous WOD could've hurt my overall numbers, but only by 5 pounds at the most. Later fellas.
