Short in time.. thought I was going to row a 5Kbut super slammed with work so just rowed a 2K, but started at 5K pacing so finished @ 7:19. Can do better... oh well, gotta move.
Actually did the running tonight. I started off slow trying to pace myself, and it worked for the most part. I ran it today on the indoor track - 11 laps/mile. Walked a lap at lap 18 and lap 26. Was hoping to break 30 minutes.
