400m Walking Lunge

  1. WODoers: I have no idea why I am so slow on this wod, but I am. I tried the tabata idea and got a pr of 18:22. I did at the track so I know my distance was right on. Quit tabata for last fifty or sixty meters and just went for it. It think the next time I will go like hell for the first hundred meters and then switch to tabata. I am feeling the cramps coming on already. Viva la xfit!

  3. This SUUUUCKS way more than it sounds when you read it. I did this on the indoor track, which would have been 3 laps. I got one lap in then a friend of mine wanted to run. So, I ran a mile with him and did the second of the 3 laps. My legs were on fire the whole time I was running.

After that I did the "Fuck Burpees" WOD and that sucked really bad. My legs were already starting to get sore about 2 hours after I was done. I think the next couple days are gonna be painful. Later fellas.

  4. What a bunch of wimps! 11:15. Measured it out with one of those rolling measuring things. 400M is a long damn way! Did it in a park with my buddy. He went 200M and quit. :-)That burned like hell.

  5. Well Craig you are 7 foot tall so you should kick our asses with those long ass tree trunks. If not I would say there's a problem. Hope your legs feel as great as mine do today.

    Enjoy! :)

  6. I'm only 6'3" sir. My legs are hurting. Today I am going to do the first mtn bike ride of the season. Mt Falcon, the mountain of doom and evil. 1,600 foot climb in only 2/6 miles. MEAN. That'll loosen up them legs. Lynne tomorrow!

Took a golf lesson yesterday... and I was actually hitting the ball pretty good more than 1/2 the time! let's not talk about the other 45% of the time.
