I got it Justin. I guess this is just a tough crowd.
I didn't do Saturday's sprint/squat WOD as rx'd. Instead I did 5x5 squats at 80% of 1RM (that makes ~205 for me) and then a 2 mile run.
Then I made up Diane today. This is the first time I did this WOD with full ROM on all the HSPUs. I did have to assist a bit; I did them against the basement fridge and hooked a foot on top when I got stuck w/ my head on the mat. Lots of singles.

That's my new benchmark for this one. Nice job Justin.
It's Huskies time. Either way tonight goes, I'm psyched at how awesome this season ended up. But goddammit I want them to win.
Justin sorry for the lack of comments on your April fools rant. It was funny as hell. I've been and still am not feeling all that great so I haven't been able to WOD or give you some feedback. It was good stuff though.

I did a double yesterday with the run/squat WOD first, then Diane after about a 5 minute rest.

run 400 (on f treadmill upstairs)
5 reps of 275 (in gym downstairs)
TT = 18:16
Then about a 5 minute break and set-up time for Diane. Diane as rx'ed.
TT = 15:15 - HSPU's shaky on form, but better than a week or two ago.
