  1. My times aren't all that great but still a good WOD. Way too many beers last night and I was feeling it the entire time I was doing this. Not good. Pullups by far were the hardest for me.

  2. Pullups killed me as well. Chris's times killed mine though. My body was rejecting working out today. Had I been a farm animal I wouldn't been taken out back and shot.

This one turned into a "just finish and survive" workout quickly.

  3. I accidently did hang power cleans, which are harder for me, but still not exactly as rx'd. Forearms are detroyed.

A little redemption for the ass kicking I took in the lunge wod.

  4. Justin those times are insane. I am resting today... totally sore, tight, tired, and been sick lately. I know the pullups will slow me way down on this one and I will have to scale the weight. I've done a whole lot of pullups the past 2 1/2 years but I don't really get any better at them.

I have a 3 day work trip tomorrow, but I will try to do this or the BW one then. Fine work boys.

  6. Fletcher, how do you find stuff like this? 41 C&J's at 165# in 5 minutes is pretty incredible.

  7. This was a serious honey badger WOD. I had a major gut-check during round 3, but I pulled it back together, took different breaks in round 4 and finished it out. Those squats were what almost did me in.

Wow Justin those times are killer. Nice job man.

  8. I did a youtube search for this guy because I saw he was #1 in the CF Open so I was like "who IS this guy?"

  9. I scaled to 95 lbs for the back, which will always be the case. Still though, this WOD was a smoker. The pullups were tough... all barbell work was unbroken as it should be at 95 lbs... but it was still tough. Thought really hard about putting the barbell done during round 5 FS.

    Rounds @ 95 lbs:
    1:35
    2:01
    2:08
    2:41
    2:35

Party is at Justin's for sure
