Since I did Cindy the day before my chest and shoulders were/are shot. I have to do this later.
I did myself in. Did 5 rounds of:10 clean and jerks @ 95 lbs10 toes to barRow 250MTotal time - 15:15.Wicked one.
I guess I'm not the only one who didn't do this yesterday. My shoulders needed an extra day of rest after the last cycle. I made it up today though. I tried for the best ROM I could on all three movements.TT = 16:35
