249 clean and jerk pr! just barely missed 253 twice. not bad for day after 400m wl.
ReplyDeleteUsed 225 for the bench. Don't know if that's my actual weight or not, but it's what I've been doing on this WOD so I stuck with it.

Doing bench twice a year really makes it feel weird when actually doing it again. Enjoy the rest day. Later fellas.
Hey guys. I took the last cycle off due to travel, but I made up a little WOD this morning of my own.

5 burpees
4 TGUs (1pd kb)
10 lunges
19:45
I figured that this would capture some of the concepts of the last cycle (minus the pullups from Lynne - I realized in like round 9 that I should have done burpee pullups) and yet not ruin me for the next cycle tomorrow. Anyway, it kept my heart rate up >160 the whole time so that's good.
I like the makeup WOD Chas. Nice.
ReplyDeleteI felt super stiff and weak this morning, didn't have much in me. Went mountain biking yesterday for the first time since October on my destroyed legs (400M lunge WOD day before)... so this morning I was just like ugh.....
Used 185 for bench. My numbers were terrible in the last two rounds. First number is bench.
