This just sucked. Burpees were a grind, but then the overhead squats were impossible cause shoulders and legs just couldn't keep it together. 60 burpees 17 squats at ten minute mark, then rest one minute and finish one round as rx'd in 18:45 total time.
I'd like to think I could do better but I hate fucking burpees and I don't think I can bring myself to do this again.
Dudes, scaled OHS to 95 lbs to be kind to my broken back. In 10 minutes I got to 21 OHS. Dropped #22... then added 20 CTB pullups and 20 ring dips and finished all them shits in 13:20.
Didn't finish the OHS cos' it was hurting my back and I have to travel tomorrow and do a big presentation. Can't be hobbled.
I can do 100 burpees in 8 minutes, and 60 of these silly burpee+180 jump+ step back away from bar took about 8 minutes. I did them like on the demo video cos I didn't understand what they meant by "bar facing burpees"... it was fun to do a new move though. I kinda like burpees because it's something I can actually do RX'd. But actually I hate them.
I did this one after 2/3 of the lunge workout and running a mile. Legs were already smoked by the time I started. The AWFUL "bar facing burpees" are surprisingly harder than just regular fucking burpees. I was switching off with a partner, so not as RX'ed or timed.
