5x5 Front Squats

    95, 135, 185, 205, 225

    Felt pretty good considering I did 75 225# regular squats yesterday and some OHS's earlier.

    Today: Worked up to a pr 205# snatch balance and then did five behind the neck snatch grip jerks with 225#s when I ran out of time.

    Clean and Jerk PR! 254# finally

    Front Squats in kilos all x 5
    90/95/100/105/110/115 115kg=254#

    Set number 6 was my reward for making set number five look to easy.
