OHS/TTB/HSC/DU

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
135# OHS, 5 reps
10 TTB
40lb DB HSC, 15 reps
20 DUs

  1. I scaled this one a bit: 115# OHS, and I used 35# plates (I've got a set w/ handles) for the HSCs. Box jumps for DUs, so I wouldn't have to run outside each round.

    Still a killer. The cleans were pretty awkward and slowed me down a bunch.

  3. I am still sick believe it or not. This one really kicked my ass. Some great WODs I am missing. Hopefully tomorrow or Sat I will be back in the saddle.

  4. I'm back! Did this one last night. I didn't have my stopwatch, so I was using the regular clock to time myself.

    As Rx'ed, TT = 22 - 23 minutes

    The cleans were the hardest part for me as well. I also got a little pissed at myself when I only got about 1 of the 5 rounds of DU's unbroken. Oh well, later fellas.
