OHS, T2B, db Cleans, and DU's

Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Overhead squat, 5 reps
10 Toes to bar
40 pound dumbbell Hang squat clean, 15 reps
20 Double-unders

  1. Got back into Spokane Tuesday afternoon, but didn't know of the gym's new summer hours. So, I just did some running Tuesday night and got to the start of this cycle on Wednesday night.

    TT = 22 - 23 minutes (didn't have my stopwatch)

    Toes to bar were surprisingly the most time consuming exercise for me. I thought that the db hang cleans would be, but those weren't too bad. Anyway, later fellas.

  2. I thought I posted this WOD yesterday, it disappeared...

    Anyway, I scaled this a bit to 115# OHS and 35# cleans (I used plates, I have a set w/ handles) and did box jumps for DUs.
