  2. Wodoers: Worked up to a set of 5 overhead squats at 165# this am. Stoked about that. I am sore from those band weighted dips, fuck that is hard.

  3. This was pretty tough for me tonight. Pretty stiff and sore from the night before. The first round (21's) took almost 4 minutes. Anyway,

    As Rx'ed, TT = 9:27

    Legs, shoulders, and everything are sore as shit right now. Headed home to MT tomorrow to fly out to San Fran with Mama J on Thursday for a cousin's wedding. So, I probably won't get another WOD in later this week unless it's a hotel WOD. Later fellas.

  4. Hey dudes... mentally I talked to myself before this one, to really give it all. I know this might sound ridiculous since that is what we should always do, but it's mostly in the mind. I fought through the burning a couple of times where normally I would have put the weight down.

    First 21 OHS unbroken (a feat for me with my back the way it is), round of 9 totally unbroken, some little breaks in the middle parts. Gonna do today's WOD tomorrow
