Slow motion Sunday here in the CT. I really had to push myself just to get downstairs to the basement gym.For the HS walks, I did 25 stationary "steps"; I've got nowhere to do a wall walk, so I just went up and paced on my hands.TT = 19:05
Did 30 second HS holds instead of walks. Everything else RX'd. 14 minutes exactly.
