Weighted Pullups 2-2-2-2-2-2-2

    OK I finally feel almost normal. Did a double today. Did the 3 rounds of 95# FS/handstands/GHDs/handstands.
    Then I did this.. but I did 6 sets, 3 with plams facing out, 3 with palms facing in. It Did 30 second HS holds instead of walks. Everything else RX'd. 14 minutes exactly.
    used to be that my chin-ups (palms out) were stronger, but not today. Two WPU's is WAY harder than one. Did them dead hang, and fully extended and hung for a split second between reps.

    Palms out: 55-65-70
    Palms in: 55-60-70x1, failed second @ 70

    Today, I did the weighted PU's, then did the Snatch/BJ/CTB WOD from a while ago.

    PU's: 15, 20, 25, 25, 25, 15

    21, 15, 9 of:
    Snatch - 75#
    24"BJ
    CTB PU's

    TT = 10:23
