  1. I did the bunch of sprints and body weight crazy thing from a couple of weeks ago. Chas, awesome we could hook up!!

    It went like this: 8:04, 10:12, 10:11 TT 28:27

    It was very hard to run in rounds 2 and 3, my legs were numb. Awesome WOD! Did a couple of beach WODs out in Cali but nothing worth posting, unless you want to see the scenery!
